Project Overview

I led the initiative to revitalize and modernize the online presence of Tampa Bay Family Dentist, Dr. Ron’s dental practice. The existing website was built on an outdated platform, causing stability issues and limiting its effectiveness in attracting and serving patients. Our primary goal was to create a new, state-of-the-art WordPress website that accurately represents the high-quality, progressive nature of Dr. Ron’s practice while showcasing his community involvement and artistic endeavors.

My Role

As the project manager, I was responsible for overseeing the entire redesign and development process. This included coordinating with the client to understand their needs, managing the development team, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining clear communication between all stakeholders. I also played a key role in strategic decision-making, quality assurance, and ensuring the final product met the client’s expectations.

The Process

I began by working closely with Dr. Ron to define the project scope and objectives. I coordinated with the client to assist with domain and hosting transfers, setting the foundation for the new site.

I then managed the content extraction process, ensuring all valuable information from the old site was preserved and organized for review. Working with our development team, I oversaw the implementation of a modern, responsive WordPress website using Elementor.

Throughout the development phase, I facilitated regular check-ins with both the client and the development team. I ensured that key pages such as Home, Dental Services, Giving Back, Patient Resources, About, and Contact were designed and populated to effectively showcase Dr. Ron’s services and community involvement.

I also coordinated the integration of various functionalities, including contact forms and patient login features. Additionally, I oversaw the implementation of SEO best practices and performance optimization.

The Outcome

Under my management, the project resulted in a modern, user-friendly website that effectively represents Tampa Bay Family Dentist. The new site showcases Dr. Ron’s services, expertise, and community involvement in a visually appealing and informative manner.

With improved stability, performance, and SEO optimization, the website now serves as a powerful tool for patient acquisition and retention. The use of WordPress and Elementor provides a flexible foundation for future updates and additions.
